Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for 50% of time booked.

If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled time, then you may need to forgo part of your scheduled service or you will need to reschedule to a later date and a cancellation fee will be applied.

In the event that you have multiple services booked, those services will need to be altered to fit into the allotted time.
